I’m OnCall is a secure online help desk management solution that gives you instant, on demand remote control of your customer’s PC across the Internet, without the need to pre-install software. You can log in to I'm OnCall from any web browser, to provide remote support services to your customers. I'm OnCall auto configures a connection between your and your customer's PC, without requiring any port reconfiguration. No pre-loaded software is required for remote desktop control sessions. To provide technical support to your customer, simply use the remote control interface, with remote desktop control and the advanced toolbar. When you are granted autorization, you can view and control your customer's desktop, as if you were sitting in front of it. You can drag and drop files between PCs for delivering patches or software updates. You can also reboot your customer's PC, and automatically reconnect to the remote session. All customer incidents will be tracked and recorded in I'm OnCall's History for better monitoring and ROI evaluations. |
