Proxy Manager can download webs and derive proxy servers form them automatically. Proxy Manager can scan proxy servers in the special IP and Port ranges. Proxy Manager can set and remove the Internet Explorer (IE) proxy conveniently. Proxy Manager can derive proxy servers form any file, including TXT, DAT and other files. Proxy Manager can save and append proxy servers, web resources and scan tasks conveniently. Proxy Manager can timely check proxy servers and set IE proxy automatically. Proxy Manager uses multithreading technology to check, download and scan proxy severs, so it is very fast to complete all these tasks. Proxy Manager uses Sockets to complete most of tasks for a low system resource use rate and no influence to your computer's other uses.
