Description of IOTracker Pro 2.0:
IOTracker Pro is the premier in-out board with true client/server capabilities and unlimited users. Now, with just a click of the mouse, you will know where your employees and/or co-workers are at any given time. You will know when they are available to attend a meeting or just out to lunch. Tracking your employees has never been easier.

This easy-to-use software allows users to log in from anywhere in the world. This means that you can track the status of your employees regardless of their location. Users can check their phone messages, check the status of others, transfer files, chat, and change their personal status. Need to send important papers in time for a client’s meeting? No problem. Messages with attachments can be sent as easily as sending an email. Chat sessions can reduce the need for conference calls and aid in better communications between departments. No more “sticky notes” cluttering up your desk. Messages can be left by any user at anytime, day or night.

With IOTracker Pro, users do not need access to the internet. This means that any office computer can become the server, making constant internet access unnecessary. Providing the server internet access gives those on travel most of the same great capabilities as those working in the office. IO Tracker Pro will work over the Internet as easily as it does on your local network. This versatility generates reliable and rapid exchange of important business information. As they say, “Time is money”.

Perhaps some users require more access to IOTracker Pro’s features than do other users. The Administrator has complete control over each user’s access. The system use can be limited to suit your preferences.
